Position Summary
Provides leadership, oversight and coordination of clinical services at the Regional Care Center(s) by identifying objectives and goals, oversight of staff selection, performance management and staff
Empowerment that supports and improves the delivery of integrated care services at the Regional Care
Center(s) and promotes efficient and effective clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Director of Education and Staff Training for the orientation of new staff
  • Proposes and develops new policies and procedures as required
  • Oversees, directs, and supervises daily operations of the Regional Care Center
  • Direct supervision including performance reviews for direct reports
  • Works with HR, Administrative Director, Operations Manager and other managers to hire, retain, and recruit for positions as needed
  • Investigates, documents and reports on complaints
  • Acts as a liaison and maintains good working relationships with external collateral providers such as ASAP’s,HSP’s, primary care sites, state agencies, and hospital systems.
  • Coordinate the collection of data needed for operations or quality improvement programs and initiatives as required
  • Works collaboratively with CCA and Regional Site Managers and Clinical Directors to develop and monitor systems for tracking key outcome measures as they relate to contract compliance, quality of care, and cost
  • Provides ongoing assessment and makes recommendations to leadership on approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the CCC clinical practice and programs
  • Participates in budget development by articulating staffing needs, defining space and operational requirements
  • Manages performance tracking system to ensure performance reviews are up to date and improvement systems are in place, where needed
  • Provides clinical care on a pro-rated basis as needed
Education, Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred Masters level or advanced practice degree highly desired
  • 5-7 years experience
  • Licensed to practice in an advanced role;
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant clinical/administrative management experience in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to make visits in a home-based setting and access to reliable transportation
  • Sufficient visual/hearing ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to comprehend written/verbal communication and perform physical exams and assessments of patients
