We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable go-getter ready to make an impact at a mid-size organization. For the right person, we have an exciting opportunity to help move CCA forward with the design and implementation of a companywide Occupational Health Program.
•Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory occupational health requirements including, but not limited to OSHA, ADA and FMLA.
•Design and implement workplace processes and procedures that help protect workers from potentially hazardous work conditions
•Identify hazards in the workplace
•Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices for compliance with corporate and government health and safety standards and regulations
•Bachelors of Science in Nursing
•5+ years of occupational health nursing experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S) desirable
•Working knowledge of Massachusetts workers’ compensation law, HIPPA, OSHA, ADA and FMLA desirable
